JOB PURPOSE The IT Business Analysis Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for creating preliminary designs for new IT systems that will be developed and built by others. He/she will be engaged in overseeing the implementation of smaller projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Investigate and resolve errors and glitches that occur in IT business solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless operations. Coordinate with developers and end users to guarantee technical alignment and meet user satisfaction. Develop scenarios for new systems and assess their implementation through testing. Outline the data, files, and logical operations that will be performed by the system, along with outlining the ultimate data layout. Engage in research to stay updated on technical and industry developments. Coordinate project meetings and document project requirements. Create logical and innovative solutions to address problems to avoid recurrence. Assist users by fulfilling their requests through running inquiries and providing necessary information when reports are unavailable. Offer timely and accurate responses to user inquiries, ensuring that critical information is readily accessible and meets user needs. Conduct training sessions for users on newly implemented systems.

JOB PURPOSE The Business Transformation Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services supports the implementation of transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes. He/she focuses on contributing to the identification and implementation of process innovations, supporting change management efforts, and assisting in the development and execution of business process enhancements. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements across various business functions. Support the implementation of these improvements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the creation of Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents under the guidance of the senior management. Collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation aligns with project goals. Help develop requirements, specifications, and business processes related to technological enhancements. Support solution development, testing, and validation processes. Assist in designing, generating, testing, and validating insightful performance metrics, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and measurement tools. Participate in cross-functional transformation initiatives, assisting with planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution. Provide support on small-to-medium size projects throughout their entire cycle, including planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution. Help design and implement policies and processes that enhance quality and efficiency within the business. Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered and maintained, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests. LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language Proficiency Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office. Specific Skills Strong knowledge of business analysis, consulting and change management and technical projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in a related field. EXPERIENCE Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
