JOB PURPOSE The Senior Senior Record to Report Services Specialist Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for providing professional accounting services and overseeing the operations of the reconciliation unit to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and efficient end-to-end service to the group. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the Reconciliation of ARC balance sheet, ensuring timely and accurate information availability by reconciling accounts and managing the age of unreconciled items within established KPIs. Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits, providing accurate and prompt information. Generate reports based on statistical and functional metrics such as balance sheet aged items, reconciliation progress, and status of unreconciled items. Enhance system efficiency to automate matching and reconciliation as per set schedules for timely review. Ensure compliance with cut-off dates, closure of general ledger accounts, and adjustments in line with the established period-end calendar. Conduct closing activities according to the schedule, and review management fees, royalties, and allocations based on existing agreements. Align accruals with contractual obligations, conduct monthly FX valuations, and ensure tax provisions adhere to regulations and procedures. Validate, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial data related to balance sheet reconciliation by identifying, investigating, and rectifying routine errors and anomalies in input data. Maintain clean and reconciled balance sheet accounts, keeping the company informed about its financial standing and enabling the production of statutory reports within legislative time limits. Maintain a high level of customer service, meeting internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and promptly addressing requests to ensure internal customer satisfaction. LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language Skills Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. EXPERIENCE Four to six years of experience in a similar role. He/she will be engaged in overseeing the implementation of smaller projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Investigate and resolve errors and glitches that occur in IT business solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless operations. Coordinate with developers and end users to guarantee technical alignment and meet user satisfaction. Develop scenarios for new systems and assess their implementation through testing. Outline the data, files, and logical operations that will be performed by the system, along with outlining the ultimate data layout. Engage in research to stay updated on technical and industry developments. Coordinate project meetings and document project requirements. Create logical and innovative solutions to address problems to avoid recurrence. Assist users by fulfilling their requests through running inquiries and providing necessary information when reports are unavailable. Offer timely and accurate responses to user inquiries, ensuring that critical information is readily accessible and meets user needs. Conduct training sessions for users on newly implemented systems.

JOB PURPOSE The Business Transformation Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services supports the implementation of transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes. He/she focuses on contributing to the identification and implementation of process innovations, supporting change management efforts, and assisting in the development and execution of business process enhancements. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements across various business functions. Support the implementation of these improvements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the creation of Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents under the guidance of the senior management. Collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation aligns with project goals. Help develop requirements, specifications, and business processes related to technological enhancements. Support solution development, testing, and validation processes. Assist in designing, generating, testing, and validating insightful performance metrics, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and measurement tools. Participate in cross-functional transformation initiatives, assisting with planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution. Provide support on small-to-medium size projects throughout their entire cycle, including planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution. Help design and implement policies and processes that enhance quality and efficiency within the business. Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered and maintained, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.
